How far in advance should I book?
Most one-time services like seasonal cleanup or sod installation can be scheduled within a week or two. Recurring mowing plans usually start on the next available rotation day after you sign up.
Can I change my recurring mowing frequency later?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly mowing plans can be adjusted anytime by calling our office or messaging us through the Client Portal.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
For most lawn care, mowing, and maintenance visits, no — just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are indoors. Design consultations and larger installs usually work best with you on site.
